The service center of the Martinex Group of Companies was founded in 2014 (license of Roszdavnadzor of the Russian Federation No. FS-99-04-001888 dated 09.24.2014).

The main mission of the Martinex service center is to help our Partners, represented by clinics and salons, to solve any issues arising during the operation of equipment purchased from the MARTINEKS group of companies, as well as similar equipment from other manufacturers. A close-knit team of professionals in their field, who have undergone specialized training and have the appropriate certificates from manufacturers of cosmetic equipment, is ready to quickly perform the work:


Technical support and equipment repair

During the operation of the equipment, the specialists of the service center are ready to advise customers on the features of devices and decide on the reasons for the incorrect operation of any device and the need for its repair. To do this, you need to contact the service center specialists via the Martinex Group Call Center phone number +7 (495) 116-72-70 and get advice: it is possible that your problem will be solved without a specialist visit.

If repairs are necessary, then the equipment must be sent to the service center by attaching a completed application.

Equipment maintenance:

The efficiency of the devices depends not only on the perfection of the device design, but also on the timeliness and quality of maintenance during its operation. Regular maintenance allows you to timely identify possible malfunctions and maintain the performance of your equipment at the proper level.

At the end of the warranty period for devices, we offer to conclude a service (maintenance) contract for a year.

You can send applications for maintenance by e-mail service@martinex.ru addressed to the head of the service center or by calling +7 (495) 116-72-70 ext. 474.
In the application, you must indicate the exact name of the device, its serial number, as well as your wishes regarding deadlines.
After processing the application, you will be provided with the exact cost of maintenance with all overhead costs and you will be offered a specific date for the engineer's visit.
